Robert Sugar Crosson, a world-renowned jujitsu grandmaster with over 65 years of experience, founded Sugarryu Jujitsu, blending martial arts, self-defense, and acrobatics. Featured on major sports networks like ABC and ESPN, he has taught globally and provided security for icons like Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson. Known as a top self-defense expert, he lives by the motto: "To be the best, you have to work harder than the rest."

Robin Shockley is the founder of Focus Forward with Robin and a passionate servant-leader dedicated to inspiring others through faith, purpose, and community. As a speaker, author, talk show host, and advocate, she empowers women to move forward in life by connecting them with resources and platforms that build legacy and confidence. Robin hosts events, facilitates vision board workshops, and creates spaces where voices are heard and stories are shared. She is also the visionary behind Girls Gifted 4 God and Swift Magazine, helping individuals walk boldly in their purpose. Robin’s mission is simple: to be the bridge between where someone is and where they’re called to be.
