Dr. Jeanette "Jing" Rana
Dr. Jeanette Chancey, Ph.D., is a seasoned criminal justice professional and humanitarian based in Tallahassee, Florida. With over a decade of experience in state government, she has served in key roles with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Florida Department of Revenue, specializing in fraud investigation, criminal intelligence, and security operations. Dr. Chancey holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Counseling, graduating with highest honors, along with a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. She is recognized for her strong analytical skills, leadership, and commitment to public service, earning multiple awards including Distinguished Team and Member of the Year. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a multi-awarded Martial Arts Hall of Famer and an active humanitarian dedicated to serving her community.
Janne Pearl Rana
Ms. Janne Pearl Rana serves as the International Ambassador in the Philippines. She is a young Christian, devoting herself into helping the poor, the sick, anybody who needs her help. She is an active humanitarian, fed the less fortunate families and gave them free medical attention. Her favorite biblical scripture reflects on what she is now. Galatians 2:20 - "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."
Dr. Cornelia "Lia" Murphy-House
Dr. Cornelia “Lia” Murphy-House is a U.S. Army Veteran, executive leader, cybersecurity professional, certified life coach, and mission-driven entrepreneur whose life reflects faith, resilience, and transformational leadership. A native of Blytheville, Arkansas, and the youngest of 13 siblings, she has built a legacy rooted in perseverance and a deep commitment to empowering others. As Founder & CEO of Next Command AI Consulting, LLC and 3MARIES, Inc., she leads initiatives focused on ethical AI, cybersecurity awareness, education, veteran empowerment, and community support. A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified AI Consultant, she also serves as Chief of Staff for Come On In Elite, providing strategic leadership and operational excellence to advance its global mission. Recognized with The President’s Lifetime Achievement Award and multiple community service honors, Dr. Murphy-House continues to be a powerful advocate for leadership, service, and positive change.

Robin Shockley is the founder of Focus Forward with Robin and a passionate servant-leader dedicated to inspiring others through faith, purpose, and community. As a speaker, author, talk show host, and advocate, she empowers women to move forward in life by connecting them with resources and platforms that build legacy and confidence. Robin hosts events, facilitates vision board workshops, and creates spaces where voices are heard and stories are shared. She is also the visionary behind Girls Gifted 4 God and Swift Magazine, helping individuals walk boldly in their purpose. Robin’s mission is simple: to be the bridge between where someone is and where they’re called to be.

Dr. Al Farris
Dr. Grandmaster Al Farris is an internationally respected martial artist, law enforcement professional, educator, and leadership instructor. With more than four decades of martial arts experience and nearly four decades in law enforcement, he is recognized as a Grandmaster in Shaolin Kung Fu, a high-ranking Taekwondo master, and the founder of the Modern Warrior System 360. Dr. Farris has dedicated his career to training law enforcement officers, military personnel, and first responders in defensive tactics, use of force, de-escalation, and tactical response. A published author, Hall of Fame inductee, and recipient of numerous martial arts and law enforcement honors, he is widely recognized for his lifelong commitment to leadership, public service, and helping others through education and martial arts.

Gracie Lewis-Nagamine is a dedicated community leader, nonprofit founder, and advocate from New Mexico who is passionate about serving others with compassion, integrity, and faith. She is committed to strengthening families, empowering individuals of all abilities, and building stronger communities through volunteerism, outreach, and public service. She is also the founder of Royal Angels, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities where every individual is celebrated, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Known for her servant's heart and commitment to her community, Gracie believes that leadership begins with listening, caring, and taking action. Through her work, she strives to inspire hope, promote unity, and make a lasting difference in the lives of the people she serves across New Mexico.
SGA Roberto Nochang Carneiro
**Roberto Nochang Carneiro** is a respected Brazilian martial artist, educator, humanitarian, and international leader from Boa Vista do Cadeado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. A 10th-degree black belt and founder of the ASAMCO martial arts system, he has dedicated decades to teaching, mentoring, and promoting discipline, leadership, and personal development through martial arts. Throughout his career, Grandmaster Carneiro has trained numerous black belts, supported martial arts organizations in Brazil and abroad, and contributed to military and community-based training programs. His service, leadership, and commitment to helping others have earned him widespread recognition within the international martial arts community.
